Off-peak windows

Some models cost less at certain hours. Everywhere else on this site such a model is priced at its standard rate, the dearest window its vendor lists, so a table never depends on the hour it was read. Two were once priced at a discount window instead; §83 of the correction log tells how. This page shows each discount window, its rate, the saving and its hours in UTC.
