M3 uses the MiniMax Community License. The earlier MIT catalogue label was corrected against the official model card and LICENSE document; read the model-specific terms before deployment. An open-weight flag is not a permission summary.
Architecture source
The official card now reports approximate total and active parameter counts. Those are different quantities; neither is a measured memory requirement for your serving configuration.
